We had an incident with our truck 1500 miles from home and were having issues with the State Farm claims organization. I called our agent and talked with Karter Kaufmann which turned out to be a Godsend. She was instrumental in helping us through the bureaucracy. Just can’t say enough positive things about her determination and dedication. Old fashion personalized customer service is still alive and well at this agency.

My daughter was having a terrible experience relating to maintaining insurance on the house of her recently deceased mother for whom she is the executor. Just prior to her passing her mom changed her home's insurance carrier to one of State Farm's largest competitors whose broker made serious misrepresentations that ultimately could not be honored. To make matters worse they were virtually unreachable. I contacted my State Farm agent, who immediately answered the phone, to see if they could suggest an approach to fix these problems within a tight time frame. Within 2 hours our State Farm agent went to work and devised a solution. Given the pressures on my daughter from having to deal with funeral and burial and other estate details, as well as this situation , the extensive support of Allen and his staff with regard to this matter made an enormous positive difference at both the business but more importantly the personal levels.
